All sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges for any of our food items, including pizzas, side orders, desserts, and beverages. This is due to the perishable nature of our products and our commitment to food safety.

2. Order Issues and Refunds

We will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

3. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong pizza or items, please notify us within 30 minutes of delivery.
- Quality Issues: If the food quality does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately. We may request a photo to verify the issue.
- Order Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver your order to the eligible areas (SE1, SE16, SE15, SE17, SE8 London postal codes) and you have not received your food, we will issue a half refund.

4. Delivery Area Restrictions

We only deliver to SE1, SE16, SE15, SE17, and SE8 London postal codes and do not deliver across the river. If an order is placed outside of our delivery area, it will be then a takeaway.

5. Payment Methods

We accept all Visa and MasterCard payments, whether you order through our website or third-party platforms like Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo, Google Merchant, or Google Business Profile.
